GREEK DANCE CLUB with Christos Papakostas
GREEK DANCE CLUB with Christos Papakostas
Greek dance club is a place for inclusive movement and celebration of Greek culture. All levels welcome, all you need to bring is a willingness to move and learn.
We’re so excited for this one as we have a very special guest teacher, Dr. Christos Papakostas. The class includes a short mindful movement from Yia Mas founder Kristina to help us warm up, develop mindfulness, and drop into our bodies. Then, we dance!
The next Greek dance club takes place Sunday, March 14 at 1:00 PM EDT. ***this is right after Daylight Savings***
