Life happens in cycles of death and rebirth, and we all experience these cycles both internally and in our relationship with nature. In Ancient Greece and across all cults of Persephone and Demeter, it was said that Persephone returned from the underworld. If you’re aching for a spring reset, want to plant seeds for future projects and personal growth, and/or simply to find inspiration from the archetype of Persephone, this is for you. Sometimes emerging into spring feels anxiety inducing - this workshop will help take the edge off.

Join us for our second workshop on myth of Persephone, reimagined for a spring awakening. You'll learn about the myth of Persephone as the maiden, her journey into the underworld, and how we can embrace our own "underworld" journeys. We'll explore connections between the myth and the auspicious Eleusinian Mysteries of Ancient Greece. We'll also take a meditative journey, pranayama, and make time for intentional journaling in the spirit of spring renewal + to plant seeds of intention for the new season.
