Excited to be at our NYC home base, COCO-MAT Soho, for a special evening dedicated to Greek dance, wellness, music, and community.

We'll start the night with some time to socialize, a short presentation, and a mindful movement warmup. Then... we dance!

Note: this event is for ALL LEVELS! No dance experience or Greekness required :) In fact, we encourage people who have never tried Greek dancing to join us. If you like music, movement, and getting your groove on, come through!

We'll be joined again by our friend Niko Paterakis, musician, composer, educator, and founder of Kiklos Festival NYC, for live music and discussion.
